Being creative comes naturally when you don’t have to add pressure because of a deadline. In Altha Affra we have come up with the idea of keeping all our ideas in a Excel spreadsheet, this has made it easier for keeping track of what needs to be posted or where we left things last time. For the creative part of things we use multiple apps, one of those is Canva, for easy design for you social channels this is a great app to use.

 

Also for keeping track of what appointments we have use Family wall, here we can share appointments, timetables, to do lists, make and keep track of budgets for upcoming events or trips, and keep track of our clients contact details. That has been an amazing add on to our work and personal life and all of that just for €4.99 a month.

 

Between keeping socials under control and having clients its sometimes can get hard to keep track of how much cost you make and what do you pay to taxes or what do we get in return, can I add my car cost? Maybe the coffee and carrot cake we had during a business meeting? We have made this easier on ourselves by using e-boekhouden. Amazing when you live in the Netherlands, all documents and invoices in one place and the taxes returns are super easy to use, also the give you mini courses to learn how to use anything. The website and the app can both be installed in English as well.

All of the apps and programs to make our dreams come true might be a lot but it keeps things where they need to be and gives us more time to enjoy the rise of Altha Affra.
